Homeowners and future homeowners should be feeling good right now. Well-known financial magazine Forbes recently reported that Phoenix is projected as No. 1 for job growth in the nation over the next five years.

What does this mean for a home owner? It means demand from home buyers will increase, and land availability will decrease as new housing developments are constructed. Land costs will rise and home values will appreciate. Where there are jobs, there are people who will be looking for a place to live.

If you are not fully invested in Phoenix real estate, now is the time to seriously consider taking the plunge. Arizona is a hub for migrants relocating from other states or countries. Our state is attractive to visitors because of our sunny weather, low cost of living, excellent transportation and highways, ethnic diversity, active and outdoor lifestyle, shopping, dining, arts, and a variety of fun activities and attractions. Not to mention, we are basically free of threat of calamitous natural disasters, such as tornadoes or hurricanes, that threaten other states.
