First-Time Home Buyers Incentives:

a. Seller to pay up to 3 percent of buyer’s closing costs
b. Seller to pay up to $5,500 in repair costs
c. $1,000 bonus if buyer offers full price for the home
d. Only $100 down payment on an FHA loan
